A: Tend pays for goods and services upfront & relies on donations to fund the products, assembly & shipping.
Q: Are my donations tax-deductible?
A: Yes! Tend to You is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means that contributions to Tend are tax-deductible. Receipts are auto provided online via PayPal. If you donate in person, we will be happy to provide you with a receipt.

A: YES! Please do! Note that the box is for someone else and please provide us with both billing and shipping addresses.
Q: Are there any shop restrictions?
A: Currently, care packages are intended for members of the cancer community, but anyone can benefit from purchasing a care package! We only ship to continental USA and Canada.
Q: What if the recipient has an allergy? How can I ensure a care package will be safe?
A: All care packages will contain a detailed description of the contents and their ingredients. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding the goods in our care packages. We will work with you within our means to put together the best box for you or your loved one.
Q: How can I partner with Tend to You and start selling some of my goods?
A: Check out https://tendtoyou.org/join-us and if you feel aligned with what we are looking for, email us about starting a partnership! We will review & get back to you quickly so we can talk it over.
Q: Do you have any tips for people going through an experience like yours?
A: Yes I do! I have a list of recommendations started, you can access them here: www.tendtoyou.org/recommendations.
Q: What has been your COVID-19 response?
A: The safety of Tend to You’s employees, volunteers, partners, and clientele is of utmost importance. Due to COVID-19, we will be taking extra precautions to ensure that our packages are sanitized during all stages of packaging. All employees and volunteers have been asked to stay home if they are feeling ill or having any COVID-19 symptoms. We plan to act responsibility in order to aid in the decreased spread of the virus. All in-person community events are following state and federal recommendations. Thank you so much for your interest and support during this uncertain, difficult time.
