Why is it important to identify and take care of our own needs? And, what are some ways we can do that? Today we dig in to these questions in my conversation with Ellie McDonald. Ellie is a 27 year old breast cancer survivor, and a champion for other women facing similar diagnoses. We talk about her diagnosis and why she is able to have gratitude for how it has changed her life.

I interviewed Ellie McDonald in February. She is a 27-year-old who has turned her past medical experiences into a beautiful nonprofit, Tend to You inc. This nonprofit curates care packages for the cancer community that highlight small New England artisans.
She is so honest about everything that she does because she wants people to see her as genuine because of her actual experience. She is super supportive of small businesses and their missions. She also talks about how marketing is really hard and she didn’t really know where to start.
She can be found online at www.tendtoyou.org.
