Bored in the waiting room? Not feeling great? Or, feeling like you're on top of the world? We have something for you no matter what in the portal.
These offerings are curated by Tend's very own wellness committee.
It's unfortunate how much time most (if not all) cancer patients spend in the waiting room.
Or attached to infusion machines.
Or laying in bed, bored.
For those times, I’ve attached some sassy activity pages (specifically curated for Tend!) as well as a handful of Spotify music playlists.
Nap on, my friends.

I have really enjoyed filling in various coloring books during my treatment. But not just your average coloring books. I liked mine to have a little sass.
I hope you enjoy coloring in these angst-y, passive-aggressive pages. They're good for your boring treatments, when you're sitting for eternity in the waiting room, or when getting out of bed just doesn't seem like an option for the day.

While this time of your life might not have you yelling "Yahtzee!", we believe that you can still find small moments of joy.
Through my personal cancer treatment, I felt that sarcasm and humor helped tremendously. That's why we thought of the "Dr. Appointment" bingo sheet. With squares like "pulled the 'c' card" and "have to pay for hospital parking", you can start to turn these tough hurdles into a bingo win--winner gets to treat themselves to whatever they need!
The bingo games don't stop there! Caring for a houseplant jungle and going for light hikes were two hobbies that helped me through treatment. We've included two bingo sheets that coordinate with these two hobbies.
The yoga bingo sheet is intended to be used as a morning or evening routine. Call out a square and then get to stretching! Moving the body, as we all know, is so important for our overall health.
Yes, our coloring books are sassy. So what, do you think we'd offer you a PG word search?! Ha!
We want to see your completed pages!

Music is healing. I have always felt that way, even before my diagnosis.
That is why I have curated a handful of Tend playlists on Spotify.
One of these playlists is meant to be calming and self-reflective.
The other playlists are more jammy, funky, and dancey. These are for when your thoughts are getting to be too much and you need music as an escape.
